Designed as the home office for a major Bay Area construction and development company.  The project consists of three buildings, one for the home office of the developer/contractor and two other industrial buildings for lease or sale.

Total project area of 61,271 square feet.

Phase One completed and occupied in 2020.

Phase Two will be under construction in 2021.
