The building owner/ contractor engaged our firm to convert this office/retail building into a mixed-use building. Three residential units will sit atop HenHouse Brewing Co. with a semi-outdoor tasting room.
Novato’s Design Review Commission and Planning Commission have both approved to the design and use. We’ll soon be submitting the construction documents to the building department to get the building permits.
We hope to have the construction done and be tasting some delicious beer by early Summer. Plus we’ll have three new families living upstairs here in downtown Novato!
